My name is Lynda Brown. It is a privilege to be the Pre-K teacher at PCS. It is so rewarding to work with the children. I encourage them to have self confidence and love learning. I want the children to always remember that, "The Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."-Joshua 1:9. I've been blessed with a son named Dylan. I love nature photography, gardening, and long walks in nature.
My name is Kerin Mesanko and I have had the honor of teaching at PCS for 15
years. Though currently in third grade, I spent many years as the kindergarten
teacher. I have written and published a devotional called Broken Beads on My
Moccasins as well as a children’s book entitled It’s Just Not Possible. I have been a member of the First Church of God for almost 45 years where I assist in teaching adult Sunday School and Children’s Ministries. I’m also a member of the Women of the Church of God where we minister to the local and global community. My passion is teaching academics and God’s love and His
truths, whether it be at church or in the school setting. When called upon, I
often minister in other churches as a lay leader/preacher and have stepped into
the role of Women’s Conference Speaker. My husband, Denny, and I have been together for 50 years. We have 2 sons, 2
beautiful daughter in-laws, and 8 incredible grandchildren.
Hello, my name is Mrs. Deanna Venturini, and I have been a teacher at P.C.S. since 2002. Currently, I teach middle and high school social studies, public speaking, and middle school reading and math. I love teaching here because I get to share my faith with my students! I am a 1989 graduate of IUP with a degree in education. In my free time I like to sing in church, playgolf, and spend time with my husband, Michael, and our 2 sons and their families. My favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6.
I have served as the Administrative Assistant at Punxsutawney Christian School since March 2025. I bring 11 years of experience as an administrative assistant, most recently serving at my church before joining PCS. I am married and have a 10-year-old daughter who attends PCS. I enjoy sharing my love for God with the students and staff and I am so grateful to be part of this Christ-centered school community.
